Double Struggle: 'Rebels fight for power pie, West for oil'

Libya's new rulers have named temporary cabinet ministers to govern the country until it is fully secured. Meanwhile their forces continue to lay siege to the few remaining Gaddafi strongholds. The National Transitional Council now controls most of the country, but still faces fierce resistance in Sirte, Bani Walid and pockets in the southern desert. After a two day ceasefire to allow residents to leave, NTC forces attempted further attacks on, the ousted colonel's hometown, Sirte.
